Why did you decide to start your own business?

I am one in a million young Nigerian who is seeking for a better future for myself, my family and Country. Ideas and Talents Nigeria Limited is a business consulting firm that I started to help create a better future for many young Nigerians in the aspect of job creation.

What advice would you give someone just starting their own business?

Just remain focus and be truthful to yourself.

How do you deal with fear and doubt?

I don't have fear nor doubts, my mind is made up before I start anything. I am always prepared for the unforeseen without a doubt

How do you set your business apart from others in your industry?

By simply been the best! I try so hard to make my customers understand that my firm is open to them and their business needs at all time, at Ideas and Talents Nigeria Limited we prioritize every of our clients 

How did you market your business when it was brand new?

The Internet is medium to market any brand as long as the brand has the quality. 

What is your favorite part of being an entrepreneur?

My favorite part of been an Entrepreneur is the responsibility level, you wake up every morning knowing that not just you but a lot of individuals are dependent on your skill as entrepreneur, this keeps me on my feet at all times.

What qualities do you think every entrepreneur should possess?

An Entrepreneur must be a good leader 

How have you grown personally from becoming an entrepreneur?

I have grown tremendously in my thinking and in the way I handle finances especially when it has to do with my business. Been a entrepreneur has help mould me into one of the greatest business minds you meet in our present day Nigeria.

What will you never compromise on with your business?

I will never compromise on the quality of consulting service given to businesses by my firm 

Should I get an LLC before starting a business?

I think getting an LLC is very important before starting any business because this usually helps protect you from personal liability for your company's debts and losses.

Who is your biggest role model?

Mr Sim Shagaya 

How do you define success?

I define success as the accomplishment a purpose 

What makes a good leader?

A good leader is made of a lot of qualities, examples are a good leader must be

Trustworthy, must have good communication skills, decision making, must have empathy, must always be curious and resilient, a good leader must be open to learning and accepting new ideas, a good leader must always encourage and lead by example.

What would you change about your business journey if you could go back?

Nothing absolutely nothing
